We offer an on site consultation service to discuss any design related questions specific to your home project. This includes:

• One In-home consultation (2 hours max)

• Client led meeting to discuss any design related topic such as: paint, furniture layouts, lighting, window treatments, art, etc.

• A follow up document with meeting notes.

Consultations are $500

A concept Design Package is a budget friendly actionable plan to provide clients with a template to create their own vision of home. This package is designed per room and includes:

• Initial In-home meeting to assess project scope and gather information.

• 1-2 Furniture layout options provided in floor plan drawings.

• Detail or elevation drawings, if needed.

• 1-2 Concept boards to refine the design aesthetic.

• Furnishing and material recommendations.

• Vendor resource list

• Final In-home meeting and presentation to provide all deliverables.

A home furnishings project is a design project from concept to completion. We work closely with our clients to understand their values, aesthetics, and home goals. We develop concepts for furniture, lighting, textiles, window treatments, rugs, wallpaper, paint and accessories. Concepts are then refined with specific furnishing recommendations and selections. Purchasing, project management, and installation are provided for a harmonious final project. We require a minimum of one room for this service.

An Interior Remodel Project is a full-service project that includes furnishings as well as construction. It is typically a whole house project, and can include kitchen and bath remodels, flooring, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, furnishings and more. We work from early design concepts, through procurement, project management, construction and final installation. We cordinate with architects and trades throughout the entire project to ensure a cohesive implementation of the design intent.
